Social Support

CENTRE-BASED
SOCIAL PROGRAM

Kaleidescape is a CHSP Social day activity program for persons over the age of 65 years.

In total, the four Kaleidescape groups have in excess of 115 participants who enjoy a stimulating program that rekindles old friendships and encourages new and lasting companionships. The program provides an opportunity to socialize, to share a home-style 2-course meal and enjoy a variety of activities.

A fee of $15.00 is charged on the day. Fees may increase slightly for special entertainment.  No person is excluded from the program due to financial status.

Anyone wishing to join a group will require an assessment by My Aged Care at http://www.myagedcare.gov.au or by phoning 1800 200 422.
